At Drip Culture, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to resolving any issues in a fair and transparent way. This return policy outlines the situations in which refunds or exchanges may be offered, and the conditions that apply.

✅ Buyer Protection

Our Buyer Protection covers the following situations:

Item Not Received:
If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery window (plus a few days' grace), you are eligible for a full refund.
Please note: Shipping time is calculated from the date the item is shipped, not from the date of purchase. Production/manufacturing time is separate from shipping time.
Item Not as Described:
If the item you receive is substantially different from the description on our website, you may return it for a full refund (return shipping is the customer's responsibility), or you may choose to keep the item and receive a partial refund.

To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact us by email with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours to assist you.

📦 General Return & Refund Guidelines

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in new, unworn, and resalable condition. Items that are worn, altered, or damaged (e.g., scratches, dents, etc.) are not eligible for a refund and may be discarded.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom items and grillz are final sale and non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Moissanite items are made to order and also non-refundable unless defective.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless there was a confirmed defect or shipping error.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any taxes, duties, or fees associated with the return.
Missing original packaging (e.g., branded boxes or pouches) will result in a deduction from the refund equal to the value of the packaging.

🚚 Refunds for Shipped or Delivered Items

If your order has already shipped or been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. A refund may only be issued once the item is returned to our return address.
If the tracking number shows successful delivery, but you claim the item was not received, you must open an investigation with the shipping carrier via the tracking page.
- If the carrier confirms a delivery error, they will issue an official non-delivery document.
- Once we receive that document, we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.

Any communication that is abusive, threatening, or fraudulent (such as false claims or misuse of chargebacks) may result in your account being restricted or banned from future purchases.

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your item arrives damaged or experiences fading or breakage due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund.

This guarantee does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage (e.g. drops, misuse)
Water or chemical exposure
Lost or stolen items
