How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: 8–14 business days (US, Canada, Europe)
Other Regions: 2–4 weeks
Custom Items & Grillz: 4–14 business days to make, plus 2–4 days processing
Express Shipping: 4–9 business days

Will my jewelry fade or change color?
Our jewelry is crafted with durable 18K gold plating. With proper care, it will maintain its shine and finish. To extend longevity, avoid water, sweat, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

How do I get my tracking number?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking link to update in your local carrier’s system. Tracking will provide updates from day one on our tracking site.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Custom items and grillz are final sale.
Can I customize my jewelry?
Absolutely. We offer custom pendants, nameplates, bracelets, and grillz. Each product page will have customization details, production times, and options.
How do I know my grillz size?
All our grillz come with a silicone gel insert that will mold to your teeth for a custom fit. It is easy, comes with instructions, and can be done at home.
Do you ship internationally?
