Return Policy
Drip Culture offers full buyer protection to ensure all our customers are completely satisfied. These are the situations that our buyers protection cover:
1. If you do not receive your purchase within the specific delivery period you will receive a full refund. Shipping time is calculated from the time the order has been shipped, manufacturing time is not included in shipping time.
2. If the product is NOT as described and is substantially different than the item description you can return it for a full refund just pay shipping or keep the product and receive a partial refund.
Simply notify us by e-mail and we will immediately address your concerns.
- Refunds and exchanges will be accepted within 10 days of your original receipt of the order.
- The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. Products that are altered, damaged or worn (scratches, dents etc.) do not qualify and may be discarded.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns unless goods are defective or there is a shipping error.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- If the any boxes or packaging associated with products are not returned, the value of the box or packaging will be subtracted from the return.
- We do not accept returns for sale items. All sale items are final.
- Custom designs and moissanite collection may take more than 48 hours to ship as they are manufactured at the time of purchase. Moissanite items and non refundable unless there is a product defect.
- All sales on custom designs are final.
